PRESS RELEASE

MESA , Arizona , July 25th, 2009 - Centripetal Dynamics Inc. and Atlantic Wind and Solar (AWSL) Collaborate on the Development of Hybrid Wind/Solar Projects in Ontario, Canada

Centripetal Dynamics Inc. and Atlantic Wind and Solar Inc., are pleased to announce their collaboration to develop hybrid wind/solar energy projects in Ontario, Canada. The Province of Ontario’s new Feed-in-Tariff (FIT), North America's first guaranteed pricing structure, will offer Renewable Energy (RE) generators a stable, competitive price combined with a long term contract. Lucrative tariffs under the Province’s “FIT” program greatly enhance the economics of RE-generated electricity, enabling the realization of Ontario’s huge RE potential by providing a strong incentive for rapid development of RE projects such as those anticipated by AWSL and CDI.

Upon announcing his intention to implement the new FIT program, George Smitherman, Deputy Ontario Premier and Minister of Energy and Infrastructure observed "The proposed feed-in tariff program would help spark new investment in renewable energy generation and create a new generation of green jobs" in Ontario.

AWSL and CDI anticipate the opportunity to collaborate on 15-20 renewable energy projects, totaling approximately 800 MW. Technology-focused Atlantic Wind and Solar Inc. has retained the services of Centripetal Dynamics Inc. to support the design and implementation of the wind power interests for these projects in Canada. The parties will also be evaluating the Canadian market to determine if the Ontario region of Canada could provide a setting for a future CDI manufacturing plant or other alternative energy components. This would put AWSL at the forefront of implementing CDI turbines manufactured in Canada for use in the region.
